Above & Beyond Virtual Assisting was registered as a sole proprietorship on October 21, 2005 by owner, Tiffeny Russell. Tiffeny has a diploma in greenhouse management and seven years practical horticulture experience. In addition to this, she has a certificate in Applied Business Technologies and ten years experience providing customer service as well as administrative services in a number of different industries.

During her maternity leave, Tiffeny began to explore self-employment options that would enable her to employ her creativity and customer service / administrative background. After much research, Tiffeny recognized a need among small to medium growers for the services she could provide.

Tiffeny is committed to life-long-learning and to date has expanded her skill set through classes at Langara College, Kwantlen University College, The College of the Rockies, The Reger Group, Red Deer College, and BCIT.
